Processing Time

All Talon & Tome products are made-to-order and printed with care by our trusted fulfillment partners.

Production Timeline:

  • Standard Production: 3-5 business days
  • Peak Seasons (holidays): May take 5-7 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order cutoff time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (where available): 2-3 business days

International Shipping

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12-25 business days
  • Other International: 10-30 business days

Note: International shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Total Timeline: Please allow the production time (3-5 days) PLUS the shipping time for your location when planning your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase with your order details.

Production Updates

Once your order begins production, you may receive updates depending on the product type.

Shipping Notification

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

Track your package: Click the tracking link in your email or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number.

International Orders

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are NOT included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.

Customs Delays: Packages may be held at customs for inspection. This is beyond our control and not included in our estimated delivery times.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Full name
  • Street address (no P.O. boxes for some items)
  • City, State/Province, Postal Code
  • Country
  • Phone number (required for international orders)

Shipping Restrictions

Products We Cannot Ship:

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on:

  • International customs regulations
  • Carrier limitations
  • Product type (e.g., candles may have restrictions to certain countries)

You'll be notified at checkout if we cannot ship to your location.

P.O. Boxes

Most items can ship to P.O. boxes within the United States. However, some carriers or product types may require a physical street address.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your order:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porches, mailboxes, neighbors)
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Check with household members or building management
  4. Contact your local post office with the tracking number
  5. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)

If you still can't locate your package, contact us at hello@talonandtome.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product
  2. Email us at hello@talonandtome.com within 14 days
  3. Include your order number and photos

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Shipping

Orders cannot be modified after placement, as production begins immediately.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of ordering by emailing hello@talonandtome.com.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. We can only change addresses before the order ships.
